Taxonomic placement: Placed in the class Vecostola.

Diagnosis: Phylogenetically, the Argentellidae are characterized by origin from View A of the Ella dress from Silversaga. Phenetically, they are characterized by a V-neck with a ventral medial drawstring, a ventral medial seam inferior to the drawstring, and bilateral seams at roughly 45° angles that meet at the drawstring. Dorsally, the neckline terminates roughly parallel to the scapulae.
