Lemuria's official websites use .lemuria.ph
A lemuria.ph website belongs to Lemuria, but only if he has enough money to renew it yearly. So would a .lem website, but he'll need $1 million and a large trout to slap ICANN with if he wants that TLD.

Secure Lemurian websites use HTTPS

The First Lemurian Clothing Taxonomy

Helistola

Last update:

Helistola (from ἥλῐος hḗlĭos “sun” + Latin stola “dress”) is a class encompassing sundresses. Helistola is characterized by the presence of bilateral shoulder straps, the lack of a sleeve (which distinguishes it from its closest relative Umerostentida), and wide necklines.

Despite the name, Helistola does not require taxa to be dress-length; this means that tank tops, associated more with men, belong in Helistola, under the strictly morphological criteria, alongside pinafores, camisoles, etc.

Division

Much of Helistola’s division was historically based on origin from specific pattern designers, as contrasted with the more morphological classification of other classes.

Helistola is now undergoing full reclassification, pending an eventual monograph.
